The Supervision Service controlled by the Bank of Lithuania has given permission to approve the rules of the alternative investment fund Algorithmic Trading Portfolio, which was founded by Orion Asset Management LLC. Both sides accepted the choise of SEB bank as a depository.
Algorithmic Trading Portfolio is an alternative investment fund designed for professional investors only, which invests in different asset classes and has greater than average risks. Capital appreciation will be achieved by investing using both algorithmic trading and traditional asset classes.

This event was noticed by the Lithuanian media. Verslo Žinios, the main Lithuanian newspaper that focuses on business, published an article ‘Pirmasis algoritminės prekybos fondas’ which noticed that this fund is the first algorithmic trading fund in Lithuania.
